At Awwficial Photo Booth Rentals, we're not just capturing photos; we're creating immersive experiences. What makes us truly unique is our commitment to providing not just a service but an experience that will be talked about long after your event.

What Are The Necessary Requirements For The Venue Where The Event Is Held?

  • A space with flat ground

  • 10x10 area for the photo booth (13x13 preferred if there are props)

  • Wi-Fi (strongly recommended but not necessary)

  • An outlet (10 amps, 3 prong) within 20 feet of the photo booth.

Can The Photo Booth Be Outdoor?

While our Selfie Booth can’t be set up outdoors a majority of the time, our 360 booth can be set up outside as long as there is flat ground and void of the elements.

How Do I Get The Digital Copy?

We provide immediate access to your videos via airdrop, QR code, or text right after recording. Additionally, within 2-3 business days following your event, you'll receive a download link for all your digital copies.

Do You Need A Deposit And When Is The Remaining Balance Due?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one week before the day of the event.

Does The Price Include All Taxes And Fees? Is there a travel fee?

Our pricing typically includes all taxes and fees. Any additional charges will be discussed upfront. The first 20 miles are included in the price. There will be an extra $50 for every 30 extra miles traveled.

Is It Possible To Extend The Rental Of The Photo Booth During The Event?

Yes, if you wish to extend the rental, just let us know during the event.

Do You Have Insurance?

Yes, we have liability insurance to ensure peace of mind during your event.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Changes and cancellations: We are happy to accommodate changes or cancellations to your booking with 72 hours notice from the time of booking. After 72 hours, your retainer will be non-refundable.

For date changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Please note that this policy applies to both cancellations and date changes.
